Weekly Pool Service
Our pool tech's will
- Test the water chemistry for chlorine, pH levels and total alkalinity
- Add necessary chemicals to balance the water chemistry
- Empty skimmer baskets
- Empty pool cleaner skimmer & pump baskets
- Empty leaf canister and inspect auto cleaner if equipped
- Skim the surface of debris
- Brush pool & spa walls, steps and tile
- Vacuum floor and steps as needed
- Check equipment for proper functioning and indicators of damage
- Advise customer of any concerns and develop recommendations
- Each week you will receive a detailed e-mail report with a photo of your freshly cleaned pool, summary of services, and chemical readings.
- The ongoing safety and security of your property is important to us. We will ensure the gate is locked and your property is properly secured upon exit.

At Stellar Pool Service, transparency is a key factor when it comes to developing relationships with our customers. Our industry-leading technology will ensure you always know what’s going on with your pool. We maintain a history of all service related work to each clients pool since the very first visit.
After each service visit, you will receive an email from our team containing:
- Photos of your sparkling pool
- List of the services we performed during that visit
- Water chemistry report (incl. chlorine, pH, and more)
- Additional notes regarding any problems that our technician noticed
- Any concerns noted and sent to our office via our team will be brought to your attention promptly.
